• When can I expect to deploy Graze mower in my fleet?

  We are currently accepting reservations for late 2024 production. This means you will likely receive your unit in early 2025.

• What is a reservation?

  A reservation is an order for a new Graze unit. Once you’ve paid your deposit , you will guarantee your spot in line to reserve a unit.

• Is my reservation deposit refundable?

  Your deposit is non refundable.

• Can I cancel my reservation?

  You can cancel your reservation, but you will not receive a refund for the deposit.

• What is the cost for the whole unit?

  The unit MSRP is $100K and $1K per month for the autonomy software or $5K per month as a subscription – this includes the software and hardware. In addition to our in-house subscription program, we offer 3rd party leasing options.

• Will I own it outright or that is just for the 2024 season?

  You will own is outright if you purchase it. If you subscribe to the unit, we own the hardware.

• What is the monthly software/maintenance costs?

  $1K per month / per unit for the software. Maintenance costs are minimal and typically include regular cleaning, blade sharpening / replacements and general wear and tear.

• Are there annual software or maintenance costs?

  Just the regular monthly software and maintenance requirements.

• What is the warranty?

  We offer a 3-year complete warranty on all components and a 5-year limited warranty.

• What does fully autonomous mean?

  Our units operate without human intervention while mowing. A human is required to set the boundary parameters and transport the unit.

• Do you keep mowers and spare parts in stock?

  Yes, in both California and Texas.

  Yes, we have a full training and live technician program for your convenience.

• Is it safe to use an autonomous mower?

  Yes, the unit has been built with multiple safety features including 360 object detection to ensure the unit never runs with an object in its path.
